In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the jl63 website accessible at jl63.asia and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "Account" means the individual registered player account created by you on the jl63 Platform.
• "Wallet" means the PHP-denominated balance held within your jl63 Account.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed using funds from your jl63 Wallet on any game or market available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or incentive amounts credited to your Account by jl63 that are subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body under whose framework jl63 operates.

Each individual player may hold only one registered Account on the jl63 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. When registering, you agree to:

jl63 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, until you notify jl63 of a security breach.

All deposits to your jl63 Wallet must be made using payment methods approved by jl63, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All amounts are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). jl63 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The funds being deposited are from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of unlawful activity;
• You are the lawful owner of the payment account or card used to make the deposit;
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified in a promotion.

jl63 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the source of funds, particularly for large deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and return of unplayed deposits to the original payment source.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless jl63 determines otherwise. Processing times vary by method: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes during operational hours (8AM–11PM PHT); bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) may take up to one banking business day. jl63 reserves the right to carry out additional identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed if:

• The Account has not satisfied any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds;
• The Account is under investigation for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms;
• The Account has not undergone satisfactory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

jl63 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each promotion. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be met before conversion to withdrawable cash; the applicable multiplier will be stated in the promotion details;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise;
• jl63 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice;

All wagers placed on jl63 are subject to the specific rules of the applicable game, event, or market. General wagering rules include:

• Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended;
• jl63 reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, as a result of a technical fault, or where odds or game parameters were published incorrectly;
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the outcome will be determined by the game server record, which is final and binding;
• Maximum bet limits apply per game and per round. These limits are displayed within the game interface and may be adjusted for VIP players.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jl63 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false registration information or impersonating another person;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with any criminal offence;
• Operating or using automated systems, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place wagers or gain unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players or coordinating play to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or scrape any portion of the jl63 Platform.

All content on the jl63 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, trademarks, and the jl63 brand name — is the exclusive property of jl63 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any jl63 content without prior written consent from jl63. Your use of the Platform does not grant you any ownership rights in any jl63 intellectual property.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jl63 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of winnings due to technical faults, internet connectivity issues on your device, or interruptions beyond jl63's reasonable control. jl63's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your jl63 Wallet in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jl63 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where jl63 reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• Your Account activity poses a money laundering, fraud, or regulatory risk;
• You are engaged in prohibited activities as described in Section 8;
• You have requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming framework.

You may also close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting jl63 support via in-app live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method.
